Damaged Items

To initiate the refund or return process, you must notify us on the delivery date and provide proof of the damage, such as a video or clear images showing the issue. Once we verify the damage, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Exchange for Different Size or Color
We understand that sometimes items may not fit as expected or the color may not be exactly as shown on the website. If you need to exchange your item for a different size or color, please refer to the sizing and color information provided on the website to ensure accuracy. If the item received differs significantly from what was described or shown on the website, you may be eligible for an exchange. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange.
